Arsenal’s points continue to decline with a 1-1 draw at Vitoria Guimaraes on Wednesday. Shkodran Mustafi’s header 10 minutes from time looked set to hand the Gunners a barely deserved three points and maintain their 100 percent record in Group F.
However, Vitoria secured their first point in the group thanks to Bruno Duarte’s acrobatic stoppage-time equaliser. The club remains well placed to reach the knockout stages as they top the group with 10 points from their first four games.
However, another underwhelming performance and result will do little to ease the mounting pressure on manager Unai Emery.
